Current Vacancies:

Key Account Manager:
This position would suit bright, ambitious, self-motivated, sales professionals, who are looking to take advantage of this new and exciting market place.  They should demonstrate a successful track record in field sales within our target markets, possess a clear understanding of the sales cycle and be able to communicate and present effectively to/at all levels, whilst identifying solutions and opportunities to deliver value to our customers.

Major Account Manager:
This position would suit an experienced sales professional, who is looking to take advantage of this new and exciting market place, or progress within the sector.  They should be able to demonstrate a successful track-record in field sales within our target markets, operating in a major accounts role, driving opportunities across a customer’s enterprise. The candidate must possess a clear understanding of the sales cycle, be able to develop sales strategies to support effective and focused account planning, and be able to communicate and present effectively to/at all levels, whilst identifying solutions and opportunities to deliver value to our customers.

The ideal candidates for either of the above sales roles would have at least 2 years sales experience – preferably, but not absolutely necessary, within the IT sector – with a successful track-record of account management within the corporate sectors.

Pre-Sales Support Engineer/Manager:
This position would suit an experienced professional who is looking to develop their career towards a customer-facing role, working closely with the sales team and customers in designing and delivering infrastructure and service based solutions to deliver video collaboration across a customer’s network/s. The candidate should have a good knowledge of IP networking and a professional qualification would be an advantage. 

The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years successful technical experience, preferably, but not absolutely necessary, within the video communications applications, or LAN/WAN, PC or server environments.

Technical Support Specialist
This position would suit an experienced individual who is looking to develop their career and likes challenge. Working closely with the internal operational teams, network suppliers and equipment manufacturers to provide timely fault identification and resolution. The candidate should have basic understanding of IP networking and firewalls, and prior experience in supporting videoconferencing systems – professional qualifications an advantage.

The ideal candidate would ideally have 3 years successful technical experience, preferably, but not absolutely necessary, within the video communications applications, or LAN/WAN,PC or server environments.

Senior Field Engineer:
This position would suit an experienced field-based engineer from either an audio-visual or networking background looking to develop their career within the videoconferencing field. The candidate should demonstrate leadership skills in the capacity of onsite installations, be self-motivated, be able to work in a disciplined and timely manner, possess good installation experience, and prove effective at troubleshooting and fault resolution.

The ideal candidate will also have at least 3 years experience in rack building, cable running, crimping and soldering as well as some onsite project management skills. Knowledge of AMX is advantageous though not essential. Relevant professional qualifications are desirable.

Field Engineer:
This position would suit a field based engineer from either an audio-visual or networking background looking to develop their skills by moving into the videoconferencing field. The candidate should demonstrate an ability to work in a disciplined and timely manner, either alone or in a team, possess good installation experience, an ability to troubleshoot and resolve faults and a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a relevant discipline, be able to crimp and solder and rack build. Knowledge of AMX is advantageous though not essential. Relevant professional qualifications are desirable.
