Some organisations prefer to leave the entire management of their conferencing services to Videocall as their professional service provider.
All aspects of their conferencing solution can be managed and supported by Videocall.  Booking of the conference via a web-browser is all the customer needs to do.  A series of tests and system checks are conducted prior to the start of a conference. 

Options can be agreed for some or all video-enabled conferences to be assisted or totally managed by a Videocall operator.  Operator Managed Services enable users to simply book a conference, turn the systems on, turn up, take part and then leave.

All on-site video and audio controls, screen-switching, the monitoring of systems and networks during the conference are handled by Videocall to ensure users enjoy a trouble-free service.
