Services are delivered utilising a common methodology, to pre-agreed service levels and overseen by a Customer Account Manager. Milestones, objectives and the delivery process will be discussed and agreed. A dedicated Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing the technical solution. If required, a dedicated Network Architect will design the network solution and a nominated Project Manager will oversee the implementation of the solution right through to completion – on time and on budget.
