Videocall Announce That They Have Retained Their Cisco Master ATP Certification
Leading UK video conferencing and telepresence service provider Videocall is pleased to announce that they have retained the Cisco Master ATP (Advanced Technology Partner) certification in conjunction with the Express Collaboration and Advanced Video certifications.
Videocall first met the meticulous Cisco certified personnel levels required to become a Master ATP partner in 2016 and have continued to work towards retaining this accreditation over the last year, ensuring that they have once again been awarded this certification in 2017.
What is the Cisco ATP programme?
The Cisco ATP programme is an invitation only programme allowing partners to sell, support and manage Cisco TelePresence solutions. To achieve this advanced level, the partners will have a deep and broad knowledge with more capabilities around video infrastructure and managed video conferencing services. In addition to this, advanced partners have integration capabilities with Cisco Unified Communications platforms, legacy Cisco and all current Cisco Telepresence endpoints, giving a full service across all Cisco and standards based Immersive TelePresence, TelePresence and video conferencing endpoints.

Alongside the Cisco ATP programme certification Videocall are also pleased to announce that they hold further Cisco accreditations, with Videocall being an Express Collaboration Specialised partner and an Advanced Video Specialised partner.
What is the Express Collaboration Specialised partner accreditation?
This accreditation tests the partner’s knowledge in selling, designing, installing and supporting Cisco Business Edition 600 (BE6K) portfolio of products, including Express Video Specialisation Level products. This partnership enables Cisco to develop sales, technical and service capabilities for integrate networking solutions and increase technical competency.
What is the Advanced Video Specialised partner programme?
This programme provides partners with a solution set that can support video collaboration business needs, varying from the desktop to the boardroom. Videocall have been able to show the necessary levels of competency to demonstrate advanced expertise when deploying Cisco collaboration video endpoints, infrastructure solutions and managed video conferencing.
