Videocall Business Continuity During COVID-19 Crisis

Camberley, Surrey - Mar 25th, 2020. 

Videocall have moved 100% of the business to remote working in response to the COVID-19 crisis. This includes all Service Desk and Video Network Operations.

We have a responsibility to safeguard our customers, our staff, our partners and suppliers as well as the wider community. We are determined to do our part in helping to contain the spread of the virus. We have been closely following the advice of Public Health England and gov.uk since it began.

Throughout this difficult time, we continue to support of all our customers with the same high standards of service and security they have come to expect from us. All of our teams including Service desk and VNOC are fully equipped and trained to work remotely, whilst fully adhering to our security policies.

We are working closely with our partners to ensure they have robust process and procedures in place to support our joint customers and were applicable, sufficient capacity to service existing and new customers.
